What are your delivery charges?

Who pays for delivery these days?

If you live in the UK and spend just £15 in one transaction we will send your order to you free of charge , with a nominal £2.80 added for orders totalling less than £15.

When do you deliver?

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail or another carrier,most orders sent within five working days of your order (see below), with delivery between 9am and 5.30pm. If any products you’ve requested aren’t in stock, we’ll email you to let you know. Most orders despatched within 72 hours excludes weekends. When the team are at shows(see our events page)this can cause delays with despatch. If your order is date critical please let us know by emailing us snd we can advise if we can meet your deadline.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take a little longer than our usual delivery times. If we believe that the delivery address you’ve given may not be not secure (for example, if it’s a communal postal address or PO Box), we may contact you to make alternative arrangements. Outside UK: Orders for delivery outside of UK are very welcome, however in this case please contact us by email with your order, your address and we will contact you with availabilty and shipping cost. If you are happy tp proceed we will then send a Paypal or Sagepay invoice so that you can confirm the order and make payment.

Can I send things to someone elses address?

We’re happy to deliver all of your order to addresses other than your own, and during the checkout process you’ll be given the option to tell us where you want to send the items in your basket. No paperwork will be enclosed with the order.

What if only part of my order has arrived?
